About
the infant care program at Growing Roots.
At Growing Roots Early Learning Center, we embrace the Pikler approach and RIE philosophy in our daily routines. We create a secure, stimulating, and consistent environment where children can freely explore and develop naturally. Our interactions with babies are rooted in respect, as we observe their cues and needs, responding with sensitivity. We prioritize giving babies ample time and space to enhance their physical skills, experiment, and overcome challenges.

Offer a safe and comfortable environment for babies.
Our baby’s sleeping room is clean and comfortable, with white noise or sleep music playing during bedtime. We provide cuddly toys to help your child feel safe and relaxed. For safety, the room is checked every 5-10 minutes. Teachers follow your home sleep routines to maintain consistency for your baby.
