Preschool
Key goals of our preschool programs are to help children develop social skills and equip them with the tools they need for school entry.
About
the preschool care program at Growing Roots
In our preschool program, we embrace the Reggio Emilia approach, where teachers engage with your child’s interests and extend their learning through open-ended questions and both planned and spontaneous activities. Alongside nurturing children’s interests, we also foster literacy and numeracy skills using the STEAM approach (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math), encouraging guided inquiry, dialogue, and critical thinking. We prepare children for primary school through short morning study sessions.
